Heron Publishing does not have an agreement with CanCopy or any other collective licensing agency. Therefore, any copying of articles from Tree Physiology Online not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out here, or in the Memorandum of Agreement in the case of institutional subscribers, constitutes an infringement of copyright unless written permission for such copying has already been obtained from the Publisher.

In the case of any discrepancy between articles in the print journal and those published online, the print edition, together with any printed correction notices, constitutes the definitive version.

Permitted Uses

All articles published in Tree Physiology since June 1986 are now available online as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Access to articles published prior to January 1995 and since January 2000 is restricted to personal subscribers and affiliates of institutional subscribers.

Password access to Tree Physiology Online is available to personal subscribers subject to the condition that the subscriber will not make his or her password available to others. To gain access, subscribers should submit a personal User ID and Password either by email to Julia Flagg () or when returning the personal subscription order form.
